It’s time for the February Cricut challenge! New to the challenge? Here’s how it works: Each month, we will pick an image from one of the Cricut brand cartridges and the challenge to you will be to make something crafty with it.
If you don’t have the cartridge that was picked, don’t worry there will always be some alternative choices.
February Cricut Challenge:
Create a papercraft project (card, layout, altered item, etc.) using the fancy heart from the Happily Ever After cartridge (found on page 77 of the handbook).
You will be using the “icon” and “shift” function keys.
Here is a few cards I made for my son’s teachers with this month’s image. I used both main images and the reverse image.
If you don’t have the Happily Ever After cartridge, or would rather use a different heart, there are bunch of options. , Here is some I found that are more of the “fancy” heart cuts:
A Child’s Year
All Mixed Up
Celebrate with Florish
Give a Hoot
Martha Stewart All Occasion Cake Art
Martha Stewart Elegant Cake Art
Straight from the Nest
Tie the Knot
Wall Décor and More
Don’t have a Cricut but still want to play? You can… just create a project with a basic heart shape and post it here.
