Scrapping the Magic is currently looking for staff. Below are the requirements for joining the staff and a list of current open positions:

Basic Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must have a minimum of 25 posts

Additional Requirements

See individual jobs for more details

Positions

Challenge Hosts

Responsibility - Create and post a monthly challenge, maintain threads
Site Visits Required - Twice a month minimum, weekly is preferred
How to Apply - Submit 3 months worth of challenge ideas
Additional Information - Monthly projects must be posted between the 1st and the 3rd of the month

Challenge Design Team

Responsibility - Create layouts for the monthly challenges and have them ready to be posted when the challenge is announced
Site Visits Required - Twice a month
How to Apply - Submit a project for one of the prior posted challenges you are applying for
Additional Information - You will be provided with the information for the challenge a minimum of 1 week prior to the 1st of the month via PM. Projects must be posted no later than the 4th of the month.

Forum Leaders

Responsibility - Create topics of discussion, post projects, bump relevant old threads, and general running of the forum
Site Visits Required - Minimum once a week, 3 times a week preferred
How to Apply - Submit a brief write up on what you would do to get the forum running with sample thread topics and/or project ideas

Moderators

Responsibility - Watch for spam, rule breaking, and participate in discussions on site issues
Site Visits Required - Minimum of every other day, Daily preferred
How to Apply - Positions by invitation only
Additional Information - Moderators are also required to hold one or more of the above positions.

As for compensation, since I can't pay anyone, I still want to give some incentive for helping on the site so I am offering the following after 90 days in the position.
